Armenia first participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2007. Vladimir Arzumanyan won the contest in 2010 with the song Mama, and Maléna won in 2021 with Qami Qami.

Armenia is one of the most successful countries in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The country has never finished outside the top ten and has finished in the top three on eight occasions, winning twice.
