Belarus has participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest every year since the competition began in 2003. The country has won the contest twice, in 2005 and 2007.

Belarus is one of the most successful countries in Junior Eurovision with two victories to date. In total the country has finished inside the top five on eight occasions. In 2010 the contest was held in Minsk and in 2018 the country hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for the second time.
