Early June, the 10 finalists of the Dutch national selection were selected. The 10 hopefuls were divided into 4 acts: A group of 5, a trio and 2 solo acts.

The four acts are:

  • Angelina, Ceder, Faye, Mirre and Soline
  • Jade, Loïs and Lyova
  • Ayana
  • Priscilla

In the upcoming weeks you will be able to follow their journeys while they prepare for the Dutch final, which is set to take place in September. You can follow the Dutch finalists on the Junior Songfestival YouTube, Instagram and Facebook pages.

The Netherlands has participated in every Junior Eurovision Song Contest since it started in 2003. Their best result in the competition was when they won in 2009 in Kyiv with Ralf Mackenbach's Click Clack. Lisa, Amy & Shelley who participated in 2007 went on to represent the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017 as OG3NE. The Netherlands just missed out of the podium in the last 2 editions of the Contest. Both Matheu and Unity finished 4th.
