With her song ‘Fire', Mila Moskov will represent North Macedonia. This is 'Going to Gliwice', our feature counting down to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 on Sunday 24 November in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland.

Mila's song Fire talks about fire as the ambition, passion and dreams that burn like a flame inside of one's soul. "Every child has dreams and we all started off with nothing that turned into something."

Fire was written by Magdalena Cvetkoska and composed by Lazar Cvetkoski.

Mila is a 14-year-old girl from Prilep, North Macedonia. When she was only 6 years old, she started her music career at her local music school.

Mila has performed at several international children's festivals in North Macedonia, like Mel Fest Prilep. Mila has taken part in several singing competitions, and with a choir called Little Angels she has performed at multiple concerts for children with special needs.

The theme of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 is 'Share the Joy', but what does that mean to her? "I share the joy through the world of music. No matter where you live or where you’re from or what colour your skin is, or what your beliefs are, everybody everywhere listens to music. Music brings me joy and it brings joy to many people as well," Mila answered.

Stay tuned for the next feature participant in the Going to Gliwice series!
