Ukraine first participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 and hasn't missed a contest since. This year they present their 7th entry. Ukraine came close to winning in 2008 with Victoria Petryk and the song Matrosy, which came second. It happens that Victoria is the older sister of this year's contestant Anastasiya.
This year Ukraine has a song called Nebo (Sky). Anastasiya (10) has taken part in numerous contests often reaching the top places, including the New Wave Junior 2010. You can check her biography, pictures and video on her participant profile.
