AMPTV announces Nare for Armenia and reveals show news!
28 October 2022 at 12:40 CESTThe 14-year-old will represent her home nation when Junior Eurovision comes to town on Sunday 11 December.
Nare loves to sing and dance, and has already participated in many talent contests, saying that it’s a huge honour for her to represent Armenia - especially when hosting Junior Eurovision:
‘I will have the chance to show my new friends from all over Europe ancient Yerevan.’

During the press conference it was also revealed that the Opening Ceremony will take place on Monday 5 December at the Central Republic Square of Armenia, where the 16 Junior participants will turn on the Christmas tree lights.

Traditionally, in Yerevan, this ceremony takes place on December 25, but Yerevan Municipality has made an exception for the 20th anniversary of Junior Eurovision.
Also revealed was the news our 2021 champion Maléna will join the Junior acts throughout their time in Armenia and perform a new song at the show.
Tickets for Junior Eurovision are expected to go on sale in November.
