Greece took part in the first ever Junior Eurovision in 2003.

Nicolas Ganopoulos performed their debut entry Fili Gia Panta (‘Kiss Forever’) and was awarded 53 points for his efforts and finished in 8th place.

Alexandros and Kalli delivered their country’s best result in 2005 with the power ballad Tora Einai I Seira Mas (‘Now It’s Our Turn’), placing 6th.

The most recent Greek entry was Niki Yannouchou’s Kapoia Nychta (‘Some Night’) back in 2008.
