Victoria is 11 years old. After winning the national final, she said: "I am full of emotions! I liked this contest very much because here we have the possibility to show our skills and talents to the whole country. I will try to prepare for the contest in Cyprus for the full 100 percent, to prove that Ukraine is the best."
