Thirteen-year-old Lissandro might come from a small village in northeastern France, but his love of performance is just as much inspired by Memphis as Moselle.

He loves all kinds of music and even sings in five different languages, but his favourite artist of all time is Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll.

Oh Maman! was written especially for Lissandro with this unmistakable reference in mind. With music by Frédéric Chateau and lyrics by Chateau and Eurovision alumna Barbara Pravi (who also helped write past French Junior Eurovision songs Bim bam toi and J’imagine), he felt that he was in good hands, musically. When he heard the demo for the first time, his first thought was ‘how does the songwriter know me so well?” He also says that Pravi gave him some important advice as he takes to the stage here in Yerevan:

‘Be sure to have fun and fully live the adventure!’

Oh Maman! is all about living one’s dream of standing on stage and rocking out, and Lissandro hopes to keep singing, dancing, and acting. He’s also an experienced voice-over artist, having done French-language dubbing work for a number of series and cartoons. His dream is to be in a Hollywood epic, like a Star Wars movie or something in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but he’s happy to start with a television series!
