Junior Eurovision comes to Tbilisi!

The 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest is underway in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Delegations from the 16 participating countries have arrived and tomorrow rehearsals will begin. Tonight the official Opening Ceremony will take place - Tbilisi is ready to Shine Bright!

Over the next week the JuniorEurovision.tv team will bring you exclusive backstage content from Tbilisi's Olympic Palace, the venue for the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. We will also bring you exclusive rehearal footage as well as all the latest news from behind the scenes.

Tonight will mark the official opening of the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. All 16 participants will walk along the red carpet prior to the official Opening Ceremony. You can watch the official Opening Ceremony live on YouTube from 15:30 CET.


Over the past few days stand in rehearsals have been taking place and tomorrow the first participants will take to the stage to begin their first performances. This year will see a brand new voting system introduced which will allow people from around the world to help decide the winner of Junior Eurovision.
