A great pancake evening through Amsterdam!

After a day full of rehearsal, the kids that take part in this year's competition were taken on a bus to a harbour where De Panenkoekenboot (The Pancake Boat) was waiting for them.

During the trip pancakes for all the delegations were being prepared and each could add their favourite fillings and toppings either sweet or salty. To top this dinner, there was ice cream for everyone!

But the biggest surprise came when the boat stopped to welcome the special guests, Sinterklaas and his assistants, the Zwarte Piet. You can check it in our video below:
