Stage Renders Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 BTRC
This is the stage that will literally #LightUp the Minsk Arena for a crowd of 15,000 spectators this November! Today we can announce what the stage will look like, as well as introduce its designer, Galina Gomonova.

These are exclusive images of the stage for the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest that will #LightUp the Minsk Arena in just a few months time. Designed by Galina Gomonova, the set design includes a 14-meter circular main stage and a smaller circular stage of 7 meters connected to the main stage by a 7-meter long bridge.

Galina Gomonova’s design has been inspired by Belarus’ national selections for both the Junior Eurovision Song Contest as well as the Eurovision Song Contest, for which she created a sceneography since Belarus joined the contest in 2004.

Galina Gomonova studied at the Academy of Architecture in Belarus and she is a member of the Belarusian Union of Designers. Her career has seen her create conceptual designs and she has worked on some of the most popular TV shows in the country.

We recently announced that a record-breaking amount of 20 countries will participate in this year's contest. Read more HERE.
