The main difference is that this year he won't be defending his title or compete at all. He'll be one of the interval acts at this year's contest, the Host Broadcaster AVRO has announced today.
Ralf Mackenbach: "It is a real honour for me to give a guest performance at the 2012 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. I am really looking forward to performing myself, but also to seeing the performances of all the Juniors!"
Ralf will not only perform his new song This Is Our Party, but also his hit Click Clack – the song he won the contest back in 2009 with in Ukraine. Now that he has grown-up the he doesn't perform the song Click Clack anymore.
To not disappoint the Junior Eurovision Song Contest fans on the 1st of December, Ralf teamed up with Dutch music producer Eric van Tijn to turn Click Clack into a modern version.
