Poland’s Maja Krzyżewska wins ticket to Junior Eurovision
Maja Krzyżewska from Poland has won ‘Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2023’ and will travel to Nice to represent her country at Junior Eurovision on Sunday 26 November.

She’ll perform the song I Just Need A Friend.

Maja lives close to Suwałki, in Szeszupka. She is 13 years old and attends the 6th grade of primary school.

She discovered her passion for music at the age of 4 when her mom encouraged her to join a music group at school and began to learn the piano.

Besides singing, her favourite pastime is rhythmic gymnastics, and she loves new challenges, especially those that come with a touch of adrenaline.

Maja has two younger siblings, Oliwier (6) and Lila (4).

Poland has celebrated two Junior Eurovision victories, with Roksana Węgiel winning in 2018 with Anyone I Want To Be, and Viki Gabor taking the trophy with Superhero on home turf when Gliwice hosted in 2019.
