18 December 2016 at 10:30 CET
In the second and final part of our series we look back at countries that have participated in every single Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Like Belarus, The Netherlands made its debut in the competition in 2003 and has appeared every year since.

The Netherlands finished 11th in the very first Junior Eurovision Song Contest back in 2003. The Netherlands won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2009 with the song Click Clack performed by Ralf Mackenbach.

In 2011 Rachel represented the Netherlands with the song Teenager finishing in second place. Check out the Dutch Junior Eurovision entries from over the years in our video below.

Rachel opened the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 when it was held in Amsterdam, performing Euphoria, the Sweden's winning Eurovision song of the same year. On the day of Junior Eurovision this year Rachel and Ralf got together to support the Dutch entry, Kisses.

The Netherlands have finished in the top ten of Junior Eurovision an impressive eight times. In Malta earlier this year the Netherlands were represented by Kisses and their song Kisses and Dancin' which finished eighth. Check out their performance below!
