The 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast in the 17 participating countries and streamed live on YouTube to a global audience.
The Glasgow-based Radio Six is producing the show for a number of stations around the world in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States of America. The broadcast allows Junior Eurovision to reach out beyond the participating nations and explore new territories. The radio broadcast will be hosted by the Eurovision Song Contest commentator Ewan Spence. "Junior Eurovision is one of the most exciting contest for young singers in the world. Showcasing the energy, passion and commitment from the seventeen acts is both a pleasure and an honour", he said. This year will be the first that the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be available as a national radio broadcast in the United Kingdom through digital radio station Fun Kids.
The 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest takes place at 16:00 CET, Sunday 20th November, live from Valletta, Malta.
