Lidia Ganeva to represent Bulgaria at Junior Eurovision 2016

Lidia's song for Malta is to be released in September. It will be written by a popular Bulgarian composer who is still to be announced. Dimitrina Germanova finished second at the final, followed by Preslava Pertrova in third place, the vocal group Bon-Bon in fourth place and Simona Krasteva fifth. Bulgaria hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Sofia last year. 

About Lidia

Lidia Ganeva is from Plovidv, she is 10 years old, she was the youngest participant in the Bulgarian selection for Malta. She started singing at the age of 6 in the local art school Art Voice. 

So far she has received a total of 22 first prizes in various competitions. At the age of 7 she won the international singing competition Golden Dolphins in Romania, an achievement she is very proud of. Last year she won the Sofia Grand Prix Contest.

She has been a special guest of the international competition Zlatno Slaveyche in Skopje and later her performance was included on the anniversary album of Macedonian Radio and Television (MRT). Last year she was also part of the celebrations of the winning bid of Plovdiv for European Capital of Culture 2019, where she performed.
