Josie was born in Philadelphia, USA, but moved to Croatia with her parents when she was only two months old. She started singing when she was a little girl, and she has already performed in the Lisinski hall (which was the venue of the 1990 Eurovision Song Contest), as part of the Zvijezdice choir, as well with Ivanka Boljkovač, a very well known Opera singer in Croatia.
The song Josie is going to perform in Malta for Junior Eurovision is titled "Game Over". She composed the song, and also wrote the lyrics all by herself. The song will be performed 25% in English, and 75% in Croatian, and it will be presented in about ten days.
