Greece made its debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003, participating in the very first edition of the competition. The country took part every year until withdrawing in 2009. Today we look back at all the Greek entries from over the years.

Greece placed inside the top ten in the first three editions of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Greece's best placing at Junior Eurovision came in 2005 when Alexandros & Kalli finished sixth with the song Tora einai i seira mas.

Unlike in the Eurovision Song Contest, where Greece scored its best placings in the same period, the country did not fare so well in Junior Eurovision, coming last in 2007 with the group Made In Greece.

The last appearance of Greece on the Junior Eurovision stage came in 2008 when Niki Yannouchou represented the country in Cyprus.

Greece withdrew from Junior Eurovision in 2009 as a result of financial pressures facing the broadcaster but the door remains open for the country to return in the future. Check out all of Greece's Junior Eurovision entries in the video medley below!
