Bulgarian broadcasters unite for Krisia, Hasan, and Ibrahim

Krisia shot to fame in Bulgaria through taking part in bTV show “Slavi's Show,” which Hasan and Ibrahim also took part in. The three will compete together in Malta with the song “Planet of the children,” which you can watch further below!

"If we look back through the history of Eurovision, this is not the first time when public and private broadcasters have worked together to represent their country in the best possible way. We were highly motivated by the enormous possessed by Krisia, Hasan and Ibrahi. They are already well-known in Bulgaria and they deserve to represent our country at such a prestigious contest. When I heard the song for first time, I thought that it is performed by very experienced singer. On the other hand the song has a very universal message, because not only children are dreaming for a better world - this is something which belongs to everyone," said Vyara Ankova, Director General of BNT.

"Krisia is undoubtedly a very talented child and that's why we were very happy to receive that call from our colleagues from BNT, who noticed her abilities. The song which theyv’e producedm in cooperation with composer Evgeni Dimitrov and the whole team of "Sedem Osmi" production company, is exceptional. We hope that this song will touch not only us, but all Bulgarians abroad as well," added Pavel Stantchev, CEO of bTV.

“The song ‘Planet of the children’ is one of the most complicated projects we have ever been involved with. It combines the vocal capabilities of Krisia, outstanding Hasan and Ibrahim playing on piano, and the sound of Pleven Philharmonic and KuKu Band. It think that the final product is really promising," said Evgeni Dimitrov – one of the composers and key people behind the song.
