Bulgaria's Lidia: "I aim to be a good representative for my country"

Lidia Ganeva will represent Bulgaria in the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the song Magical Day (Вълшебен ден). The song was written by Vladimir "Grafa" Ampov, one of the most popular Bulgarian pop singers. The song is about the power of childhood dreams that can make the world a better and brighter place to live.
We caught up with Lidia after her second round of rehearsals. "I really liked it today, I worked better with the camera and felt that all the movements were the right ones. I expect this to be a good show for me and I aim to be a good representative for my country", said Lidia.
Junior Eurovision is a competition but the participants always make friends. Poli Genova, who presented Junior Eurovision last year and represented Bulgaria in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, will perform during the interval on Sunday. Poli gave Lidia advice earlier this week. "She gave me a very good piece of advice about how to show my emotions on stage through my performance", Lidia explained.
