Belgium is one of the original participants of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest but it hasn't won the competition yet. Interesting enough, they won the Eurovision Song Contest only once, and it was in 1986 with the 13 year-old Sandra Kim.
The guy in charge of reversing Belgium's fortunes is Fabian, who has an interesting performance for Abracadabra. He is accompanied by a backing group that work their magic on the stage.
