Georgia is famous for its hospitality and food. Did you know that each historical province of Georgia has its own distinct culinary tradition? In the third instalment of Lizi Pop's video blog we learn more about Georgia's cuisine including the famous Khachapuri which is a traditional cheese-filled bread. It tastes delicious and comes in a range of different varieties.

Khinkali is often described as the national dish of Georgia or as Lizi says, "it's more like a national treasure". The dumplings are usually filled with minced meat although vegetarian options are available too. Khinkali can sometimes be difficult to eat and in the video below Lizi demonstrates how to eat them the Georgian way!

After dinner why not sample a Georgian dessert? Made from nuts and thickened grape juince, Churchkhela is widely available in Georgia and makes the ideal snack for in between meals.
