14-year-old Vincenzo comes from a small town close to Naples and is passionate about all kinds of music. He has already performed in front of big audiences in Italy and he is very looking forward to taking part in the Junior Eurovision and being in Malta together with the other participants.
Vincenzo's road to Malta
On September 26th, the Italian public broadcaster RAI announced that Vincenzo was going to represent the country at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and a few days later, the official video of “Tu primo grande amore” was released. Before this announcement, he was already quite popular in Italy after taking part in “Ti lascio una canzone”, a show for talented kids aired on RAI 1.
About the song
Vincenzo wrote his song together with Alteriso Paoletti, Fabrizio Berlincioni, Francesca Giuliano and Leonardo de Amicis and it is called “Tu primo grande amore”. It is a powerful and romantic ballad that will be performed in Italian with some parts in English. It talks about the feelings of experiencing love for the first time.

Vicenzo describes himself as "passionate and emotional", and for sure he will show these feelings on stage. We can expect an intimate, romantic performance, on the stage in Malta, with intricate lighting in support of the song and his voice.
