In a live national selection from Minsk, viewers and a professional jury will decide which of the 10 finalists will represent the country in Sofia on 21 November. As with previous years, both the public and the jury will have a 50% say each in the final result. The show will be held in Belteleradiocompany’s 600 m studio, which is equipped with nine cameras, high resolution screens and an LED floor.
