Last year’s winner, Gaia Cauchi, premiered the song at a school in Malta, and is the lead vocalist on the official album version. During this year’s final, each of the 16 participants will sing parts of the song together, as part of the interval.
“#together” was composed by Elton Zarb and Gordon Bonello, with lyrics by Mat Muxu. The launch of the song was attended by the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security, Dr Emanuel Mallia; the Chairman of PBS, Dr Tonio Portughese; the CEO of PBS and Executive Producer of Junior Eurovision 2014, Anton Attard; and the Head of School Sr Edmondina – together with students, teachers, and members of the Maltese delegation.
