Starting at 20:45 local time (19:45 CET), the Opening Ceremony will begin with a red carpet event; each of the 17 participating countries walking up the carpet, doing a short interview, and posing for photos before going into the main part of the National Culture Palace.
The evening will then continue with entertainment, ending with fireworks at 22:00 (21:00 CET)
We expect that the opening ceremony will be streamed online, as originally planned!
