Misha Smirnov is Russia's spokesperson for 2016!

Misha, who is thirteen, finished sixth in the 2015 contest which took place in Bulgaria, with his song Mechta (Dream). The young singer also made it to the final of The Voice Kids in Russia. He performs at the Aquamarine Musical Theatre and has also won several Russian and international song contests. Misha lives in Moscow and studies at the Academy of Popular Music of Igor Krutoy.

In Valletta Misha will not only deliver the results of the Russian jury but will also be there to support the Russian entry, the Water of Life Project, who will undoubtedly benefit from his experience of performing in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
