26 September 2011 at 12:53 CEST

Organisers of the national selection in Minsk worked hard by making a great stage and gorgeous carnival. But that's not surprising: it's not only a song competition - the show is very important too!

9 best young singers and one duet performed their songs live during the national selection in Minsk for the 2011 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

The Belorussian winner was picked by a professional jury and the TV audience. The voting results were announced for each area of the country which was updated constantly on a big screen. But in the end, there were ten candidates but only one winner - Lydiya Zabolotskaya! Congratulations!
