Looking back at the final of Junior Eurovision 2016

It is exactly a week ago since the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest was held in Valletta, Malta. The 14th edition of the competition took place live from the Mediterranean Conference Centre and was presented byValerie Vella and Ben Camille. The show concluded in a week of activities which took place in the country under the theme Embrace. 

17 countries competed for the title of Junior Eurovision winner in 2016, with Georgia scoring its third victory in the contest closely followed by Armenia and Italy. 

The week started with the opening ceremony which took place in the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. Throughout the week each country rehearsed on the Junior Eurovision stage ahead of the live final which took place on Sunday 20th November and featured on expert panel for the first time ever.
