Lara & Irina will head to Yerevan
Lara & Irini will represent North Macedonia at the 20th Eurovision Song Contest due to take place in Yerevan later this year.

Skopje born Lara Trpcheska is a student at the Pianoforte Music School, and so naturally has a keen interest in anything musical.

At the age of 5 (and a half) she performed at Zlatno Slavejče; North Macedonia’s most established children’s music contest, famed for launching the careers of many young artists.

After this she went on to success in the Tartini international singing contest (finishing as runner-up), before winning Polyhymnia music contest held in Skopje in 2018.

Irina Davidovska is also from Skopje, and studies at OOU Partenija Zografski, where she began as a member of the Piccolo children’s choir. It was during her time here that she performed with the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra.

Lara and Irina met in 2018 whilst taking part in festivals, and their friendship led to this duo which will represent North Macedonia at the 20th Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Yerevan.

We can't wait to find out what their song is!
