Introducing 2015: Bella and her girls

30 October 2015 at 12:59 CET

Bella, who has literally just turned 14, comes from south west Melbourne and was born to parents who are of Macedonian origin.

About the artist

Loving all things music, Bella began taking lessons aged six, and several years later became the very first child to audition 'The Voice Kids' in Australia. She would ho on to make it to the final of that series, and eventually finished as runner-up. Bella is also pretty good at Taekwondo, having won gold medals in the martial art at a national level - so be nice to her in Sofia, or else!

About the song

"My girls" is Bella's debut single, and was co-written by Australian superstar Delta Goodrem. In her own words, Bella describes the song as having "a powerful message to al girls. No matter what ups and dons they go through, it's important to stay strong and support each other - believe in yourself, dream big, and know toy can achieve your goals!" Bella says that she thinks of her mum and sister when she sings this song, who love and support her always.

No matter how hard
No matter the scars
You’re still beautiful

On stage, we will see Bella line up with a couple of backing dancers to perform a choreographed routine along with the song.
