Among the best candidates there are Belarusian celebrities, who all have experience of work on air and have an excellent knowledge of English. Five of them are girls, and only one of them is a guy - a well-known TV-presenter and commentator of the Eurovision Song Contest, Denis Kurian.

"Eurovision Song Contest is a machine that works perfect without any problems! But today during the casting, the organisers asked us to overcome problematic situations. We have to be ready for everything," Denis said.

Denis hopes it is he who will stand on the stage in the company of one of the picked five beauties. This role is claimed by Anna Moliboga, a well known Belarusian top model, the winner of the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, Ksenia Sitnik, TV-presenter Anna Kviloriya and the tennis player, singer, TV presenter and DJ - Olga Barabanschikova.

The favorite number five is Leila Ismailova, a future journalist. It was her mother who told Leila about the casting. And Leila left everything behind, arrived to Minsk from Greece to try herself in the role of the hosts of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

"I love to play games and that’s why it’s a great pleasure to become a part of the world of young people. If I can help, I'll be glad to do everything,” Leila said.

This time, the organisers involved an audience in the casting to give all candidates the feeling of the real stage during the live broadcast! The name or names of the lucky ones who will appear on stage besides the 154 contestants, will be known in the beginning of September. Check out our video and gallery of the casting below!
