Georgia opens submission period

National Broadcaster GPB has officially opened submissions for Junior Eurovision 2014, inviting talented children aged 10 -15 to take part in the first stage of their national selection. Anyone interested needs to send a CD of their song, biography, and a photo, to GPB in Tbilisi.

The submission period it open for exactly one month, and closes on 11 August.

Georgia in Junior Eurovision

Georgia ties with Belarus for the most Junior Eurovision Song Contest wins, both having two each. In their seven years of participation, Georgia has only once finished outside of the top five – and no lower than sixth place.
