Georgia launches search for 2017

Georgia's Public Broadcaster (GBP) has launched its national selection for the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The winner will represent Georgia at Junior Eurovision which will be held in the capital Tbilisi on Sunday 26th November.

GPB is now accepting submissions for the 2017 national selection and invites soloists and groups aged between 9 and 14 to apply. Prospective applicants have until 1st September to send in their entries.

Applicants should submit a song from their own repertoire to [email protected]. The winner will be decided by a professional jury. When submitting applications, a photo, biography and contact number should also be included. 

Georgia is the most successful country in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest having won the competition a record three times. The 2017 edition will take place in Tbilisi on Sunday 26th November. Will Georgia make it two in a row?
