Countdown to Tbilisi: Latvia's Junior Eurovision entries

26 October 2017 at 18:00 CEST
Latvia participated in the very first Junior Eurovision Song Contest back in 2003. Since then the country has appeared a further four times and last participated in 2011. Today you can relive all the Junior Eurovision entries from Latvia over the years.

Dzintars Čīča represented Latvia in the inaugural Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen in 2003. His song, Tu esi vasarā, finished ninth which remains Latvia's best placing in the competition to date.

Latvia's other top ten placing came in 2010 when Šarlote Lēnmane & Sea Stones represented the country with Viva la Dance. Whilst Latvia withdrew from the Junior Eurovision Song Contest after the 2011 edition, the country remains eligible to return. Until that day, sit back, relax and enjoy all of Latvia's Junior Eurovision entries one more time!
