After all of the singers performed their entries, it was up to the Armenian public and a professional jury to decide which song would be chosen as the winner. The results were announced that Betty will be going to Malta, singing "People of the Sun". Betty's real name is Elizabeth Danielyan, and she is 11 years old.
The show featured guest performances by previous Armenian representatives from both the adult and Junior Eurovision Song Contests.
