Australia to watch Junior Eurovision on 1 December!

Posted 15 November 2013 at 10:15

For 2013, SBS will be showing the event on 1 December- just 12 hours after Europe has watched the show in Kyiv. Starting 6pm in Sydney (Australian Eastern Time Zone), Australian viewers will be able to watch the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest 'as live', complete with Australian commentators to guide everyone 'down under' through this year's event.

On Australia showing Junior Eurovision 2013 so soon after Europe has watched the live show, Executive Supervisor Vladislav Yakovlev said "We're really excited that SBS will be showing Junior Eurovision to the Australian public so quickly after it's finished in Europe. It's going out at a great time for families to sit together and watch, and we hope that the Australian public will enjoy this year's show!"
