Armenia finalists revealed, final on Sep 27

The Armenian broadcaster announced their search for their entry back in June with the deadline set for September. Our of the 82 entries they received, 12 were picked to take part in their selection show.

  • Karen Oughuryan (12) - Ynkerner Enq (We Are Friends)
  • Karen Ohanyan (12) - Share And Like
  • Karapet Karapetyan (13) - Miracles
  • Gayane Ghazaryan (13) - We Are Young
  • Milena Ghazaryan (13) - Antsanot Ashkhar (Unknown World)
  • Roza Kostandyan (13) - Gitem (I Know)
  • Monica Avanesyan (15) - Choco Fabric
  • Michael Simonyan (15) - Otar Mi Vairum (In A Foreign Place)

The national selection show will be broadcast at 21:30 local time (19:30 Central European Time). The winner will be chosen through a jury and televote, with both having a 50% stake in the final result.

Armenia has won the contest once, back in 2010 when Vladimir Arzumanyan's Mama took the trophy home from Minsk, Belarus. Unrelated to that, the country hosted the contest in 2011 in Yerevan.
