Polina Bogusevich wins Junior Eurovision 2017 for Russia!

In a spectacular show from Georgia, Polina Bogusevich was declared the winner of the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest after a tight race to the finish. Polina’s song is called Wings.

Russia has won the competition twice, the first time being in 2006. Russia scored a total of 188 points from the international expert and the kids juries plus the result from the worldwide online voting. The home team Georgia finished second with 185 points. Grigol Kipshidze represented Georgia with the song Voice Of A Heart. Australia's Isabella Clarke finished third with 172 points for her song Speak Up. This year’s show was hosted by Helen Kalandadze, who previously participated in the Eurovision Song Contest as a backing singer for Georgian artist Sofia Nijaradze, and Lizi Japaridze (better known as Lizi Pop) who represented Georgia in Junior Eurovision with the song Happy Day in 2014. Tonight's show was also seen by millions at home, on TV and on the official Junior Eurovision channel on YouTube.
